Was quoted a price of $490 to change the two low beam

Was quoted a price of $490 to change the two low beam headlight bulbs . They would have had to remove the front bumper in order to change the left bulb. I have owned this car for over 12 years and have never been charged two hours labor in order to change bulbs,even if their so called book calls for that. Two years before,I had to go back twice after engine coolant servicing because the liquid level being too low.The system had not been serviced properly.

Located and purchased a used car for my elderly

Located and purchased a used car for my elderly mother. Salesperson Chris Adams was readily available for all of our questions. Most importantly, he exhibited extreme patience in dealing with her from the very start, through delivery. She is very pleased with her nearly new wheels and I am very happy with the ease of the entire car buying process thanks to Chris. Well done, Chris!

Della is not professional or helpful in any way

My wife bought a car from here two years ago the check engine light has been on sense month two with multiple trips to get it fixed your staff in sales and service including your fly by night mechanics are absolutely not helpful in any way the car now is burning threw a half gallon of antifreeze every two days only to be told we are out of warranty the car is an absolute pile and would never recommend you or a Mitsubishi to anyone if you are thinking of buying through them make sure you get the trade price you should as my wife got taken to the cleaners and we are now stuck up side down in this turd Edit now the car is dead wont start wont turn over after speaking to the owner who is absolutely rude and no care about his customers it was a waste of time so corporate it is to deal with them if you buy through them good luck

I found, what I thought was a good deal, that that

I found, what I thought was a good deal, that that dealership posted. I called and spoke to someone and they told me that it was available and that I should come out to look at it and begin paperwork as cars have been going fast. I thought that was reasonable so I made the hour and a half drive and $12.50 ferry trip one way. ($25 total.) when I got there, they immediately told me that they couldn’t sell me that vehicle because of a recall and promptly tried to sell me a brand new version. I currently have a number of things going on in my life don’t allow me to spend three hours or more and wasted money for the dealership to trick me into a bait and switch. I would not recommend anyone do business with them.

Very good experience. I was checked in upon arrival. Service mgr. was very friendly. The warranty work on my 2019 Outlander was completed in a timely manner. Very friendly review of the warranty work with me by service mgr.
