Called on Monday to schedule appointment for service, was able to get Wednesday appointment of the same week. The service department was very polite, quick service, back on the road in under 50 minutes,

Worst dealership in the north country!

Worst dealership in the north country! Lie constantly to customers and take advantage of single women..they promise they’ll follow through and never do.. they feel it’s ok to sell a lemon and a junk to my daughter who has two young children in this vehicle she’s had for 5 months and has more things wrong with it, then a car you’d find at a local junkyard… shame on them! We intend to take our complaints to the top, we’ll see if they’re any knowledgeable and caring people running this dealership! In the meantime I will steer everyone I know looking for a vehicle, far away from this dealership!!!!!!!!

Top notch dealership

I purchased a 2022 Outlander Sport, today. Chris was my sales person, and Adam helped me finalize the paperwork. They were awesome to work with. They made the whole process quick and easy. Sales staff was very helpful and informative as the car we wanted was not available at the time we first contacted the dealer. However, they gave us a good trade-in price and kept us informed about when we could expect our new car. We have dealt with this dealer in the past so we knew they were reliable and honest. We are very satisfied with the whole transaction and are enjoying our new Mitsubishi Mirage.

Maybe last resort

Did not enjoy!! Do not really recommend unless it?s a last resort. For starters, it took me 4 days to even get a bill of sales emailed to me. From that point, it felt impossible at times to talk to the rep who was helping me. They low balled me on my trade in (which is whatever it happens) but then turned around when I went to pick up the new car and told me they are giving me $500 less for my trade in than what they wrote on bill of sales so I had to write them a check for $500 then turn around and post my trade in for $6,000 more. FYI, they are lying on the ad and claiming the trade in has features that it doesn?t such as heated seats. All they cared about was the sale and getting every penny they could for it. I will personally never go back.

Hi Brady, I reviews the paperwork involved in your transaction and have the following comments. The reason you were offered less on your trade in at time of delivery is due to the miles. The sales department quoted you an estimate based on your stated trade in having 29,000 miles. Unfortunately, your vehicle had 39,000 miles, not the stated 29,000 miles. The difference in value actually was $1500. However, the sales manager only deducted $500 in an effort to be customer service oriented. Finally, they reduced the price of their vehicle to meet your bank's requirments. I hope this clears up a few misunderstandings. We do want you to be happy and excited about your new vehicle.
