Hopefully when whoever reads this, u will actually respond to me! My wife and I bought and Outlander in 2019. Great deal, salesmen were great, awesome experience overall. Then came service! I believe in being loyal to someone who is loyal to me. So we bring our Outlander to u guys even though it?s an hour away and 100 mile round trip! So I believe we have had 4-5 service calls, detailing, etc appointments. First appointment was to have the undercoating put on I believe and drove out there to find out the only guy that did that was sick or couldn?t make it in! Big company only one person to the job, ok? Second time out had a detailing job oil change, everything was good. Third time out, was told something happened, worker was sick or something. Instead of calling me so I don?t drive 100 miles had to reschedule! 4th time out had a detailing job done, when I was driving home noticed oily fingerprints on both sides of the interior by the front windshield, DISGUSTING! Oh yeah and one of these trips my car was done at 3 pm but the guy left a message on someone else?s voicemail so I waited 2-3 hours longer for no reason. 5th time out, waited 9 hours for an oil change and alignment, was also supposed to get a detailing job done?was told at 5pm when I went to pick my car up that the retailer went home sick with Covid! Again only one guy to do detailing and I waited 9 hours for a 3 hour job to b done!! Service guy says my bad I owe u one. Not sure what that means. So I have to reschedule another 100 mile/hour travel time to go again. I?m very discouraged and frustrated because customer service is everything to me and my wife. Through all this BS we still keep going back and have received one free tank of gas for all the crap u have put us through. I don?t have the best memory and never fills the reviews out but I?m tired of mediocre service at best. But all of these situations happened and I?m very annoyed. Oh yeah on the last visit my wife called and after arguing with the service guy he hung up on her. What ever happened to being professional? U probably won?t respond to this and that?s fine cause that?s what I expect but the service has been atrocious! What r u going to about this? The vehicle has been amazing but service awful!! I would not recommend this dealer unless the service gets way better. I?ve wasted a lot of time gas and wear and tear getting awful service.
