Outlander oil change

I had an oil change and 27 point inspection with a ny state inspection, car was washed and waiting for me in 45 minutes!

Very Disappointed

I recently tried to go through you guys for a vehicle. I was told by the salesman that he could definitely get me into a vehicle. He then told me he had me approved for a mirage. I asked about a Jeep instead. Never got a call back as promised on Friday. I called today and was told I couldn't get approved without a larger down payment or a good cosigner. So I asked how much he says $1000.00 then I said ok I probably can come up with that then comes back that Wayne told him no $3000.00 or $4000.00. I asked him why he told me I was approved for the mirage. He said oh I hadn't gotten all the answers yet. I have no respect for a business like this. I had a chance on a car and turned it down because I was approved or said I was through you guys. I recommended you guys to a few people that were going over well I'm glad I got to them before they did. You are not the business you come across to be. Don't lead people on till you have answers.

If your looking for a car please go see Chris Adams at Della Mitsubishi. They are awesome to work with and have great cars a deals. I have bought 3 cars from them and everytime they were great

Great experience!

I?ve always felt comfortable having my car serviced here. When I went in to have my 2016 inspected, I decided to upgrade to a 2019 AWD. Kash was great to work with and went above and beyond! I felt comfortable leaving the dealership while Kash and Wayne completed the process and keeping me updated by phone. Picked up my new car by the end of the day!

Grand Suzuki Radiator repair

The repairs were great. My only issue was the time it took to get the parts and that details weren't relayed to me in an appropriate time.
