Excellent service advisors and repair service but I do suggest dropping off your vehicle. If not there’s a pleasant, relaxing waiting area and it’s full of Amenities while you wait.

The service was excellent They fix my problem With the tail lights always on and also check my car it was fast and the people was very professional thanks I will go back to Warren Henry for my next service

Warren Henry mad at extended Warranty company
The absolute worst I have ever been treated at an Infiniti dealership. I took my tuck there for warranted repairs and because the warranty company & the service representative could not get on the same page. I was treated horrible. Even after the warranty company sent parts and they were communicating. The dealership refused to grant me the courtesy of a loaner. They kept saying the warranty company did not approve the repairs. And until that get an approval. They can’t loan me car. Warren Henry has had my car over a month. The service representative has had the nerve to say. They may no longer except this warranty company because the process is broken. Again not my problem. I think they want we to give in and pay for repairs out my pocket. Why when I paid 3000 for warranty plan and the parts that require repairs are under warranty.

Excellent Customer Experience
As always, Gerald provided excellent customer service. I needed to schedule my appointment the last minute, which i was able to do so. Upon arrival greeted by friendly staff, and with out any delay was taken care of. I wish doctors' offices worked like you guys ;). Very professional, quick, great value, pleasure to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff at this location. Nexon was assisting us today and I highly recommend him and this location. We were servicing our car and he suggested the upgrade since we already passed our recommended mileage. Our car needed the new brakes and couple more stuff so it only made sense for the upgrade. He was extremely helpful and professional.

Recently had our car in for service. We have been loyal Warren Henry Customers for many, many years now and we will not go anywhere else for sales or service. Maeital Stark was our advisor and has never been anything else but honest, professional and treats my daughters and myself like family. She values our safety and helps us keep our cars on a strict schedule to maintain our 3 Infiniti’s. Everyone in the service are warm, welcoming and professional.

March 2023 Service Visit
Everyone at the dealership is friendly and helpful. The waiting area is comfortable and well equipped TVs, WI-FI and charging stations. Service Consultant Meital Stark took great care of our needs as always.
