Great dealership
The reason I would rate a 10 for my experience and service with Infiniti because you guys treated my vehicle as it was yours. I brung my car in for an oil change . Gerald identified a problem on my vehicle that needed service immediately. Right away he took my car in and replaced it with a loaner so I was able to travel back and forth to work. I highly appreciated Gerald.. he was great at assisting me with all my issues, better yet he even helped me get a extra key ..

No good
From the time I purchased my Infiniti Q80 my sales person was horrible no professionalism in the was he treated me as a customer this was my second purchase with him the first was good he didn’t want to deliver what was missing in the truck headphones he got out of another truck that wasn’t working told me to take to service department to fix and they looking at like I’m crazy said the don’t do that Infiniti offered 2 free oil changes with purchase I let my sales person know and he said no problem when I called to make a appointment they said I had to pay for it after talking with sales person he told me to make the appointment and ask for manager when time to pay and I said no so they resolve the problem when I dropped the car off this morning here we go again they wanted me to pay once again they had to call salesperson so they did change the oil for free but informed me there will be no more🤬🤬🤬not happy Infiniti is a high end car lot but that’s not the service I received WRAAEN HENERY INFINITI Miami
