Positive experience from first-time customer. I went because of a VW recall on my Golf’s suction jet pump. Service advisor Cat Reyna helped me from beginning when I called to schedule service to the end when he drove up with my washed car. He was professional, informative and efficient as were other staff I encountered. The building was clean and well stocked with complimentary coffee and bottled water.
