Outstanding A+ Thank You souch Jason. We drove 2.5 hours to get here. Totally worth it . They sold us our car at price from day before, when we set up appointment for next day. $900 savings. Took another $300 off because fromt fender messed up. This did mot show up in pictures Filled the tank for us also had half a tank to test drive. No place does that amymore. Installed free lojack for a year. If ever we are in need again, will defiantly be going back here.

I had a good experience today. David was my sales rep and he made the process very smooth. He even sat patiently with me while I was undecided on how I wanted to proceed regarding certain options. It was a good experience and I recommend David and monster motors if you are in market to buy a car.

I did not find the right vehicle for me, yet. But I feel confident that if they get something in that suits me I have a good connection to go back to. John Wilkie was my salesman and he was so awesome. He made me feel like I was talking to my neighbor. I did not feel intimidated at all and felt quite comfortable that he understood my needs. I have a disability with my right leg and it is hard to get in and out of certain vehicles. John never lost his patience with me even though I tried several vehicles. Someone like me greatly appreciates understanding and compassion.

I am out of state and found the exact truck I wanted at Monster Motors using Cars.com. The salesman supplied me with plenty of pictures and the Finance guy supplied me with the sales agreement. After a little negotiation, I was satisfied with the price. When I picked up the truck it was just as described. I felt like the whole transaction was honest and easy.
