Was a great experience working with Monster Motors. From start to finish the whole process was smooth and the salesman Tom was great. I will tell everyone to run to Monster Motors when car shopping and ask for Tom! Or just say " I know a guy!"

Was working on purchasing a truck from them. Decided on a price and moved forward. Filled out the credit app and and they pulled my credit (ding on my credit score). next morning I call to ensure we are closing the deal that day, and they sold the vehicle the night before...Their word means nothing.

I worked with Tom and Ashley and they were both wonderful. Very knowledgeable and listen to what I wanted. Didn't try to talk me into anything. Tom talked with me like he was really concerned I got a good vehicle which I did. Thanks Tom and Ashley

They had just what we wanted. The selection of trucks on hand let us compare makes and models. Tom our salesman was amazing. We test drove a couple different trucks and decided. They were able to take our trade, and we drove home 2 1/2 hours with our new to us truck. We were from out of state, but they made the process easy. Thank you Tom and Monster Motors

The staff was easy to work with. They are efficient and super quick (for a car dealer 😊) Trent was my salesman, he was great.

Great experience buying my first vehicle. Tom, Rich, and Jason were who I dealt with. Tom was a great salesman, anything I requested he responded promptly and honestly. Rich was great, offering me the best he could financially. Jason delivered my vehicle and overall a great experience.

I purchased a Subaru Hybrud Crosstrek from Brooklyn this June (2023). She was very friendly, helpful, no high-pressure, and patient. Richard was also very professional, and responsive with answers, negotiations and infromation. They drove the car a few towns away, so mthat y mechanic could look at it. I'd say they took care of everything from start to finish and some extras like new wind shield wipers, sprucing up, and delivered my car to me!
