Robert and the team at Monster Motors were extremely helpful and friendly to work with. From start to finish, they helped us through the process and made it very easy. I highly recommend Monster Motors and Robert if you are in the process of looking for a new vehicle.

The sell was great. We noted the hands-free hatch did not work and were told by Aiden no problem we will fix it. They tried to fix and could not, sent to local dealer, they also could not fix. Odd the vehicle is still under the original warranty. But it can not be fixed. Then it develops transmission problems. The vehicle has been in for repairs for 8 out of the roughly 40 days we have owned it, and is back in the shop again. All we are told is how sorry they are, but, we did not ask for a charter reference, we thought we were buying a reliable vehicle, a 2023 Yukon with under 26,000 miles at the time of purchase. At first we thought we had found a good place to purchase vehicles and told other positive things about our experience. No more we will not go back and will tell everyone we know they are simply only interested in the sale.

I called about a car that had no pictures but I had been looking for. I was contacted quickly and was sent a personalized video walk around of the car. Follow up phone calls and super personalized service. I would use Monster Motors anytime.

I almost got scammed into buying a truck that looked like it had low miles but actually had over 7000 idle hours on the engine, which equals out to over 200,000 miles. We had a long drive but the poor condition of the vehicle was not disclosed to us. If you choose to do business here make sure you look everything over very well.

I enjoyed my experience with Monster Motors in Jackson Michigan. Aiden Gamble was very friendly and I never felt pressured by him. I also met the owner CJ and he was very hospitable. Everyone there was friendly and it didn't feel like a pressurized car dealership only there to push you into buying a vehicle. They were helpful as well. I did end up getting the vehicle of my deepest wishes. Thank you to all of you! Especially staying afterhours to close the deal.

I just called the "stealership" and was told that all the used cars are required financing (plus $1,000 to price if refused) and also automatically include $2,900 add-ons (LoJack, appearance protection, other xx profit-making extras). When you add all these fees to the advertised price is not "Great" or even "Good" price compare to the market. Stay away and deal with honest & straightforward Dealers.

Called about the white four by four for sale on cars.com. price clearly say 10998 or close. Call em.lady said ten grand if I get a loan nothing less I pay cash. I call back get some xxxxxxx guy. Rude as xxxx it's11998 and blabla blaabla fees. I am 63 bought sold many vehicles. This place is conartist. False advertising on cars.vom.Turnimg them into the better business bur. I would never ever do business with these liars
