Avoid this dealership.

Avoid this dealership. Made an offer. They turned it down and invited me to make another. I did. Sam’s response was something like, “we will not do business with you.”. How can they run a businesss when they refuse to do business? NOT USER FRIENDLY. Avoid them.

Do not buy from here!

Do not buy from here!!! unless you want a place that tries to hide problems with their vehicles, have terrible customer service, and won't repair their own shoddy work. A vehicle purchased from here WILL have problems (like 2 days after purchase in my case) and they couldn't care less about their customers. A business that doesn't stand behind their own work doesn't deserve your business.

****Buyer Beware**** Bought a truck from here.

****Buyer Beware**** Bought a truck from here. Two days after purchase I noticed something rattling in the back. They tried to hide a broken leaf spring by using a hose clamp to hold it together. They agreed to “fix” it, but when I got the truck back the alignment was completely off- over an inch. Then, they tried to tell me that “it wasn’t fixable,” which I know to be untrue. After only having the vehicle less than a month now they’re forcing me to pay out of pocket for THEIR mistake. A place of business that won’t stand behind their own work is just shameful!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

They were very nice but they don't know anything about

They were very nice but they don't know anything about the vehicles they don't seem to inspect them. I went to look at one took it to have a look at from a mechanic and found out it needed two to $3,000 of work done on it and the dealership didn't even know

Easy to work with.

Easy to work with. Albir was very attentive and helpful. He did a great job. John the sales manager was professional and super nice. Thanks for the Mustang!

Had to press to get answers to questions either via email or phone. Seemed like I was burden throughout interaction. I was willing to continue to purchase vehicle despite issues, we just couldn’t agree on a price.

I reached out to them through email and they didn’t respond so I called and ask about the car and they said someone was test driving it so I gave my name and number for them to let me know and they didn’t call back. So I will never do business with them
