I bought a truck last week from them and had a very positive experience. There was no pressure like a typical dealership they were very easy going. The truck was the cheapest I could find anywhere and has been great so far. I would highly recommend you check them out if you are in the market.

Purchased a Ford Powerstroke, easy transaction, no pressure experience. Not really sure why the other reviews are posted with negativity, the car was priced right, i went there drove it and took it home.

Attentive sales person who did not pressure us. I noticed some very nice exotic sports cars way above my price range which definitely makes this dealership unique. I didn't feel judged looking for a low end used car

I drove down from Michigan to check out 2 cars and I mean wow. I didn't believe the reviews, but I should have. Total waste of time and buyers should go somewhere else

I am an elderly woman...I just need a car so I can go see my grand babies. Going to Cincinnati Auto Group was a BIG mistake! Overall this was a REALLY bad experience. I put $300 down on a "20 year old car" until it was checked by a mechanic, the car had a good body but there were some problems, as you would expect with a car that old. They had the car priced $3000 over Carfax average price and they would not budge! I would have paid another $1000, But $3000?? They don't care if they take your Last dollar. No haggle, No hassle...Means you pay what we tell you and shut up!

Run do not walk...a VERY POOR DEALERSHIP TO COMMUNICATE WITH , DEAL WITH AND PURCHASE FROM. The follow up was delayed by over two weeks , inaccurate when communicated.

Their business practice is less than ethical. I’d avoid this place and look elsewhere. You can expect poor customer service and zero knowledge of the cars on the lot.

Great place with an awesome selection of vehicles. Seems they get a lot of performance cars which is a plus. I bought an 09 4runner and 07 CTSV and I'll definitely be getting more from them in the future!
