Great Selection, Service, Staff and prices
I'm glad I went the extra distace to test drive Lexus. Scott and the entire staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We ran into a few snags with my credit union but we got it all ironed out and I was very satisfied with my buying expierence at Cincinnati Auto Group.

This dealer has to be the saddest ones I've seen
xxxxty dealership flat out and was treated like a bum and didn't hear anything for 4 days but I was calling everyday and the finace manager knew my info the whole time without contacting me or offering any options or solutions and that's with 4,000$ down on a 8,000$ car.this place is your typical down trodden place I've heard of or talked too

It would have appeared we were unable to secure financing for you on the vehicle you were looking at, for multiple different reasons. While we do work with over forty different finance lenders, we are at the mercy of what they are willing to approve. We are not a buy-here pay-here lot so, in the instance we are unable to secure financing through one of our lenders you'll have to secure financing on your own or complete the transaction by cash or check. Beware
Bought a car from this dealership drove it home and it broke down in my driveway. Called the salesman and left many messages to the General manager and no response. Salesman are rude. Look at the other reviews if you think I'm making this up. Many people unsatisfied with this dealership. Don't get xxxx like us. Go somewhere else. You been warned!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Prior to purchasing a vehicle we offer all our customers the option to have a pre-purchase inspection completed by a third party and we offer service contracts. Beware
My son purchased a mustang that the engine didn't last 4 months. They will lie to you and they will trick you on the financing. Stay away from them. I cought them in several lies. Definitely don't let your young drivers go there.

Not as it seems
Went there to look at a car. They didnt have it. The car was on there website but not the lot. Wasted time and fuel to look at nothing. Not worth the time.

Amazing Experience

Worst dealership
This place is a joke seriously a total joke once they get your money it’s over from there! I recommend anyone to buy a car from this place i bought a 2009 Audi a month and half ago and my motor went bad i called the place to talk about my warranty they kept saying their going to call me back and never do they do a lot of run around and lying i REPEAT DO NOT GO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE

Hello Mr. Sylla, I read your review and reviewed your paperwork. It would appear that you did not purchase a vehicle service contract, we even have a "Waiver of Service Contract" form that you signed stating that you know the benefits of purchasing a service contract but you declined to purchase one. In that situation, all our vehicles are sold as-is without a dealer provided warranty. We also have multiple documents signed by you stating that you are aware the vehicle is sold as-is without a warranty. To say we are lying and giving you the run around is unfair, we were completely transparent with you through the buying and financing process and gave you every opportunity to protect your investment from situations likes this. 2014 Mitsubishi Evo
Bought a 2014 Evo, good transaction with Matt, would not take money off but it was priced below market. Would buy again in the future.
