They were very helpful and straight to the point with me and that's what I needed. They professionally informed me that a bank wouldn't finance it because of the year, miles, and the fact that it had been in a few wrecks, I wouldn't want to spend my time on the car. Cincinnati Automotive group is outstanding

Worst company ever! Run!!
So my son was looking for a car and asked me to Drive him from Detroit Michigan to Cincinnati to take a look at this car that looked amazing online. It started out OK. The sales person went and grabbed the car, we were able to look it over, and decided to take it for a test drive once we got the keys. The sales person said he’d have to go with us which is OK I suppose other than the fact I’ve bought 10 other luxury vehicles and never had to have somebody go with me but whatever. We climbed in the car, I decided to drive it to help out my son with his purchase, and there were three sensors that popped up instantly and an exclamation point that wouldn’t stop blinking and something was making a noise and buzzing the entire time inside the car…. The sales person didn’t say anything the entire drive and then we got back to the place and I pulled in, he said so what do you think? I said well this car has issues and he stormed inside. The best news is there was an AutoZone directly next-door so we went over there and grabbed the meter to check the electrical system and codes and lo and behold there were three sensors and one of them said it was only running on seven cylinders. So like anybody would do I went inside showed him the piece of paper and said well this one’s not gonna work so unfortunately we will head back to Michigan but we will need our $300 back for holding the car that you over the phone said was in great shape. He instantly said well that can’t happen because our policy is we don’t give the $300 back when we hold a car. Obviously I went round and round with him and had to get a sales manager involved and they then said they wanted to run the code in the shop and i’m assuming when they saw what I saw by doing a little bit of legwork regarding the product that they were selling for $19,000, they eventually, reluctantly gave the money back. Beware of this scamming company and if you don’t have thick skin and can put up a fight like I was able to you’re gonna lose your money and walk away with a lemon. I warned you everyone. And owner, please don’t respond to this because everybody can see all you do is make excuses and tell the other people their wrong even though their experience with your company says something different!

Wasted my time
After finding a car at a amazing price. Several things went wrong. When getting a car loan, banks DO NOT require a warranty when purchasing a car. Salesperson said it was required. The final numbers of the car loan was sent to me through text... here is what happened Price of the car magically went up 1K Trade in value went down -1.5K Gap insurance was added but not discussed 1K I wanted to have a 3rd party inspection, willing to pay for it, OUT OF MY OWN POCKET! Called around and provided all the information to the salesperson. The next day I was informed another person wanted the car and I could “lose my chance”. I asked about the inspection. The salesperson said “I tried to call but no one answered”. Told the sales person to sell the car. I am no longer interested at this time. Called back a week later, the car was still available. I explained the situation to another salesperson. I Was informed that all the information would be sent through email and it was just a mix up. Nothing was sent.

Oil salesman
First off, this place is clean! Like the way you align the cars out front and inside to give it that exotic car dealership look! Customer service by email and in person was good. Really nice and up front with me as much as they was able to be. My one well two or three problems are as follows. #1. The vehicle didn’t look the same as the photo by a mile. Nice photography seriously! Give that person a raise. #2. If your car is missing mechanical parts? Can you still ask for top Kelley blue book price? Or in most cases black book prices? Probably not.#3. When selling a Vehicle that has missing parts,2-3 more quarts of oil then the manufacturer recommends on top of digs and scratches. What kind of vibe are you putting out there to the customer? I get the car lot needs to make money to stay in business I do. And I’m aware that car lots set a limit on what they are willing to go. But when a man or woman walk into your establishment with enough $100 bills to buy cars off your lot in cash!,you should really try and work with that individual.
