I was told a walk-in was fine but not given a specific

I was told a walk-in was fine but not given a specific time; others were told the same, and we all showed up around the same time. Because of that, I had a nearly 3 hour wait, and the next day, I discovered my speakers weren't working. Of course, the speakers could have been a separate event, but it's strange that it happened right after a multipoint inspection.

Very informative about everything they are doing to my

Very informative about everything they are doing to my car. Very professional. They did nick my door inside and didn’t tell me when they worked on my locks.. wasn’t happy about that.
