Terrible service.

Terrible service. I brought my 2017 GLI in for a recall of the clocksping. Had no other problems other than what the clock spring involves: controls on steering wheel not functioning meaning no cruise control, radio volume control etc; air bag light continuously on. Since the clocksping was replaced my park assist randomly goes off when driving, back up camera doesn't function correctly and flashes the screen, windshield wipers go off randomly as well. Someone tried to gaslight telling me it was doing that when I brought it in. The first page of the invoice from the tech states all buttons function. The second invoice states buttons don't function and will need further diagnosis. So you're telling me I have to pay for a diagnosis even though my car was already in service. They give me back my car with more problems I had to begin with. I contacted VW Corp and I don't think they're going to do anything because they know the "fix" creates serious problems.

Extremely expensive.

Extremely expensive. $175 diagnostics test to tell me that my daughter's gas cap was loose.
