Good Experience
Trevor Spinola was great to work with while finding my new SUV! Super polite and accommodating throughout the whole process. There was some slight misleading with the price because this dealership installs Kahu in their cars without telling you so the price is $800 more than what the website says. We were able to cut that cost down due to not needing/wanting to utilize that service. Aside from that misleading aspect of the process (which Trevor had no part in, he was great) the experience was very smooth.

Poor management
The only reason I gave them one star on everything is because that's the lowest I could go it is very poor management they've had my car for over 5 months when you call to check on it no one wants to answer the phone no one wants to return the phone call to get back to you

Went there to get a tire change that I had under the warranty that I purchase when I bought the car which covers my tires and rim on my car, paid an extra 3K for. Got there at 8:15am and left at 11:10am there were 3 people in front of me and they were in and out within a 1 hour and a half. But the service department spent 2 and a half hours trying to convince me that my warranty was not valid even though it was on the paperwork. Granted that I only had the car for last than 2 months so how would the warranty not be valid. I felt like that they were trying to get me to pay so they wouldn't have to go through the warranty company. They finally got it resolved and changed my tire, not only that they left dirty foot prints in my car when they was done. I had my K5 for a little last than 2 months love my car but there service department sucks. I have been to 2 different Kia service departments and received poor service from both. The other one on Shadeland don't never answer there phone. When my lease is up I won't be getting another Kia if they can't handle minor problems how they going to fix major ones.

Awful experience every step of the way
I find it ironic that when I call the dearship I am greeted with the phrase "where the customer always comes first." This has not been my experience any step of the way while dealing with thisdealership. I had a gut feeling that I didn't want to work with this dealership when I was initiating the process of my trade-in, but I ignored it because they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. The vehicle I leased was given to me damaged, and when the repairs took longer than initially expected, I was not offered a loaner vehicle but instead had to ask for rides to/from work from my boss for the better part of a week. Now, it is 4/6 and I need to get plates for my vehicle by 4/11 and I have yet to receive the documents I need to go to the license branch. I have called several times today to speak to a finance manager and all I've been told is that they will take my name and number. After waiting 4.5 hours for a phone call, I followed up and received the same response. This is urgent and I need to speak with someone immediately. I will never work with this dealership again. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I regret this lease and I regret being sold their service package. I am so unhappy with this dealership that I will likely go ahead and pay to get my service done elsewhere even though I'm paying you for it. Either change your catchphrase or change your business practices. The customer clearly does not come first with your company.
