Allen was our sales guy who did a pretty good job, but the rest of the experience was not good. No one in there knows what's going on when you have to come back in for anything. My fiancé and I bought a car that had a crack in the windshield that they said they would fix. When she showed up for her appointment, they didn't have her on the schedule and couldn't tell her what was going on. Someone finally told her a 3rd party would be handling it they should be there at some point. After the install, she asked about the packet of paperwork they said they'd have for her. They told her they didn't have anything showing what she paid for the car and couldn't help her. We'll never buy from this place again. 2 months later: After receiving the finance paperwork in the mail, we understand why they didn't want to give us the paperwork while we were there. The finance guy told us he gave the warranty at "no extra cost".... meaning he lowered the interest rate (so the monthly payment wouldn't change) and charged us for the warranty we said we didn't want. We went back to the dealership and of course they played dumb. Told us they would take off the warranty, but still haven't seen a change in the payment or total owed after almost 2 months. When we call them, they tell us the finance guy we delt with isn't there and he'll give us a call.... that never happens. Not sure why he's the only person that can fix this. God forbid he quits.

Inquired about a specific car, was contacted by one of their reps and assured the care was still available. Scheduled time to see car next day. The rep didn’t sound too convincing so I went on the website and looked up the car. Nothing came up. Called the dealership and spoke with a woman who confirmed the car sold. I feel like this was a bait and switch tactic to get me in to buy another car. I don’t appreciate deception and will never give my business to this dealerships

Worst customer experience you could imagine.
Worst customer experience you could imagine. Had to battle over new car advertised price and trade-in value for nearly 3 hours. Not once did they show me around the dealership, lounge, service dept or offer me a water, coffee or even say hello when I walked in the door for my appointment. Funny how they advertise their pride of offering the "red carpet" treatment on their website. I spent 54K on a new car and I'm still getting emails from their people asking me to make an appt. They dont have a clue.

Not pleased …sent an email asking about a car did get an email back that just said hi pretty much promoting the sales agent …I asked if the car was on the lot and if it was available with no answers back! Not very good customer service for someone who is very interested in purchasing a car

Top service and quality at Napleton KIA
I always know that when I enter the service department, I will get the upmost attention to my car. Service is impeccable and guys are very polite. I love my Kia at Napleton. Michael the Manager is always concerned when I come in. Brian, my salesman is excellent and Rob...the overall dude at KIA was the best when I come in. They continue to make me feel special...I love that!

Great Service
Best car dealership in Indianapolis. The service team is well organized and they keep you updated on where your car is in the service process. The service manager comes out and introduces his self to the consumer in the lobby while you wait.
