Great Service

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would, Classic Bait and

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would, Classic Bait and switch or False advertisement Bought a SUV from them, There were issues with the SUV that needed corrected, Namely the Sun roof and power seat.. We were told that parts needed to be ordered, We asked them to release the car to us and we would return it when the parts arrived. We drove 45 mins to get there only to find out the Car was in the shop and we would not be able to take it that night. False advertising .. The ad stated Floor Mats, Cargo net and a safety kit.. We receiving nothing , After the wife ask Lenny our sales person she was told he would look into it, 3 texts and a phone call from me and he's still looking into it. I think I'll write that off. Seems like once we told them we had our own financing, Extended warranty and Gap insurance their attitudes all changed and not for the good. This is the 1st and last time I will step foot on this lot.. Just BEWARE

Do not do business with this dealership. The car I purchased ended up having a bad transmission and muffler system. I essentially am stuck with a lemon. The repair estimates are more than the purchase price of the car! If you want a dealership with integrity shop somewhere else!

After receiving two recall notices for my 2015 Kia

After receiving two recall notices for my 2015 Kia Sportage, I scheduled a service appointment at Napleton KIA of Carmel. I was very impressed with the professionalism of both the staff and the service team (Ryan was my point of contact). They provided an anticipated time of completion, and were finished before that time, which was a wonderful surprise. And the icing on the cake... they washed my vehicle, which was very much appreciated! I would give more than five stars if possible. Highly recommend!
