We had a great experience at this dealership. They truly made the usually arduous process of purchasing a vehicle a breeze. Arein was a great salesman who was able to address and rectify immediately a few minor issues we noticed in the used car we ended up buying. Mauricio talked us through the financing process in layman’s terms instead of trying to confuse us with a bunch of financial jargon. We highly recommend Napleton Kia without hesitation!

Customer service
I bought a used car in January 2023. Rushed thru the financing and had several follow up calls. Rarely got a return call. Tried emailing in March to have some additional window tinting done. Contacted dealership via email three times and was told a manager was busy and they would get back with me. Never happened! I guess they are too good and don’t need the business. Horrible customer service.

If I could give them 1/2 a star I would, Classic Bait and
If I could give them 1/2 a star I would, Classic Bait and switch or False advertisement Bought a SUV from them, There were issues with the SUV that needed corrected, Namely the Sun roof and power seat.. We were told that parts needed to be ordered, We asked them to release the car to us and we would return it when the parts arrived. We drove 45 mins to get there only to find out the Car was in the shop and we would not be able to take it that night. False advertising .. The ad stated Floor Mats, Cargo net and a safety kit.. We receiving nothing , After the wife ask Lenny our sales person she was told he would look into it, 3 texts and a phone call from me and he's still looking into it. I think I'll write that off. Seems like once we told them we had our own financing, Extended warranty and Gap insurance their attitudes all changed and not for the good. This is the 1st and last time I will step foot on this lot.. Just BEWARE
