My wife and I came to trade in our kia forte and buy our first Family car. Of coarse with any decent dealership, we expect good service, but sales rep. ,Jose Palasencia, went above and beyond for our family. We have bought from dealers before, and my wife and I both agree that this was the best sales rep we have had the pleasure of buying a car from. He was honest, genuine, considerate, with a great attitide and sense of humor. With his help, we were able to get the perfect family car for us, A 2016 Ford Explorer that we love. This is a dealership I would reccomend to anyone, especially if the hire great individuals like Jose. Again we thank you for everything man!

I told them the price I wanted to spend on a Kia Telluride and was pretty direct that I didn’t want to spend more. They showed me some cars and would often leave me and my young daughter waiting a while. I am still not sure what all they were doing. I asked if there was any room for negotiation and they said yes. I found a car within our sticker price and they let me put our plates on the vehicle and drive it for an extended drive. I came back later that night with my whole family to talk about purchasing the car. We were hoping to negotiated the price but ultimately would pay sticker price. We were then told after we mentioned we were paying cash that there was a “market adjustment” of $10,000 increase. We were in shocked and walked away super frustrated at the lack of honesty and wasting my day. Extremely shady to me and they definitely wanted us to finance. I have read other reviews of others with similar experiences. I would definitely stay away.

Dealer had the car I wanted in stock, very helpful through the car review, lending, and buying process. Would definitely recommend buying from this dealer to my friends.
