I went Kia of Carmel and my sales man Rachid was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I took him through many ups and downs because I went back and forth in my decision. He was very understanding and allowed me time to gather my thoughts. AJ the finance guy was very patient and knowledgeable of the financing info. Ralphy the finance manager was very patient and provided assistance to me as I was still undecided. I was not pressured and felt very comfortable after making my final decision. Thank You Kia of Carmel!! Your team was Awesome!!

No pressure, friendly salesman, Jose Plasencia made buying a car easy. He was sincere and really cared about our needs. Didn't try to "sell up" what we didn't need. Not your typical car salesman.

This dealership tried to pull the classic bait and switch...

This dealership tried to pull the classic bait and switch by refusing to sell me the car for the advertised price. They said I had to pay an additional $2300 for the “Napleton Experience” which includes car washes, free tows of up to 10 miles, and tiny pieces of plastic on the door edges. Things that I didn’t want or need. Places like this give car dealerships in general a bad reputation.
