I am livid.
I am livid. We bought our car just a week ago and now it won't even start. Steve Johnson worked out what we thought was a deal, but I would have never came here if I had known that they would put us in a car with issues. The day after we drove off the lot, the check engine light came on. The dealership offered to look at it the following Friday, but after dropping off the car and paying for an Uber, it sat at the mechanic for 8 hours and all they did was lift the hood. Johnson and the mechanic can't give a straightforward answer as to when and how our car can be fixed. We've called over and over and no one has answers. The last time my husband managed to get a hold of Johnson, he snapped at us over the phone while claiming to be with another customer. We wouldn't keep calling if someone can just give us answers. I can't even get them to email me the finance information. There's no reason for our car to not start and I'm having a hard time understanding why something like this could remotely be our fault or responsibility when we've had the car for less than a week. This is absolutely ridiculous and they're good at sending people to voice mail. So don't come here if you want to be their next victim.

Hello C, the dealership offered to do a diagnostic. On the day you brought in the vehicle, the mechanic had it in his que to do the diagnosis. Unfortunately, you needed the vehicle back before the technician could get to it. We apologize we couldn't get your vehicle worked in faster. Please return with the vehicle if you still like to have the diagnosis.
I had my vehicle there for over 8 hours and all your mechanics did was lift the hood. Did you really expect for my husband to miss work the next day so you all can get to the vehicle whenever you guys felt like it? That still doesn’t excuse the fact that the vehicle became inoperable less than a week after driving it off your lot, or Steve Johnson talking to us like crap on the phone because he was too busy scamming another customer. Doesnt excuse the fact that no one could give a straightforward answer as to who would be responsible for fixing said vehicle issue that wasn't our fault. Resetting the dash so the check engine light wouldn't come on during our initial drive is what looks like happened here. Other reviews appear to reflect the same shady practice this business is running. It was a mistake coming here. Don't try to butter up my bad review like you guys tried to help because its quite obvious that once we signed the dotted line the car became our problem not yours and your attitudes changed.

Paid over 1000 for abs work and did not fix the issue.
Paid over 1000 for abs work and did not fix the issue. They had it for 2 days did not do 1/2 the job and with in 50 mile the abs light cam back on. Now I have to take it back and leave it for another few days.

Customer service was good and my service advisor was able to keep the final repair the same as the estimate. The only downside was the “personal consumer portal link” was inaccurate and caused me to call serval times for updates. Finally, the smallest issue I had was the trim panels not correctly reinstalled.

Horrible service department!
Horrible service department!!! I brought my 2014 Durango in for service for a simple headlamp adjustment. I was told because I had aftermarket bulbs the headlamps couldn’t be adjusted. xxx? The adviser told me it would be $1388.00 plus tax to install a new headlamp assembly for both sides. She said the parts department said the bulbs were no longer available and the aftermarket bulbs I had are causing the problem. I stopped at the local shop that does my maintenance and they made the adjustment while I waited, at no charge. The tech said he didn’t understand why the dealer couldn’t do it. I have bought two vehicles from this dealer but they have lost my business forever.

Eight weeks to complete repairs is unacceptable.
Eight weeks to complete repairs is unacceptable. * It took a week for the mechanic to even look at my vehicle in order to see what the problem was. * He determined it needed a part, to be ordered. *”Needed part is on back order, should arrive within 11 days.” *”No loaner vehicles available, dealership only has six and all six have been out for a long time!” * Part finally arrived after 6 weeks in shop, did not fix the problem. *“Battery will not hold a charge, new battery needed.” * Still need another part, part was ordered. * $2400.00 and 8 weeks later I finally got my vehicle back home!

Service department is horrible.
Service department is horrible. Took 10 months to get rim repair scheduled. Charged me 175 dollar diagnostic fee to tell me they wanted more time to diagnose the issue and wanted me to authorize an additional 380 dollars for a turn signal issue with only 36,600 miles with a 5k dollar maintenance/extended warranty package. This dealership is a complete scam artist and you should avoid at all cost
