It was easy to make my appointment. They work performed was completed as requested in the time promised. Howard Ramsey was my service adviser as was extremely efficient, friendly and informative. It was a pleasure working with him again as in the past. I will continue to bring my 2016 Sorento to Coastal Kia for future service. The new facility is modern, clean, and appealing. They also adhered to current Covid protocols.
