Read my fresh experience carefully, or you will regret driving there and wasting your time. The car posted on the website is NOT the price they will sell to you, they ask 6000 dollars more of the listing price. Also, the car you decide to take a look will never be available, even you text them in their building, and they are still telling you, yes, come to see the car, it is available. Then DO NOT go this place. I am wondering this place is just for money laundering, not a real place of selling cars.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I drove 45min for 2 cars that i saw online I make the appointment the same day for 3:30pm and I get there at 3:35pm and the lady told me that the car is no more available. The funniest part is that those 2 cars are still on their website it's been 5 days today. Please if you are looking for a black 2017 mercedes gls 450 and a white 2016 mercedes gls 450 don't go there that car doesn't exist to this dealership

Thank you to Wali for going above and beyond I was a first time buyer and he did not take advantage of me, he made sure I was taken care of all across the board! He speaks facts and he stands behind his word, a non prime bank was giving me a 22% rate he got me done at half that rate with a national bank I am educated African American male and I work at a legit job and have okay credit but did not take advantage of my situation of my position and made sure I set up for success! Don’t judge a book by its cover these guys go over every number and document line by line thanks to deja and London as well and made sure I was right on the settlement part god bless you guys I would definitely recommend them all across the board

I walked in the dealership and knew exactly what I wanted. I received excellent customer service and everyone who assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel pressured at all. The car buying process here is the quickest and smoothest I’ve ever experienced. I would 100% recommend this dealership. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Went to dealership to test drive a vehicle and had it scheduled then I got there and they said the car was sold two days prior. I drove an hour there and hour back home in DC traffic. I have the money in hand. Very disappointing and also the guy at the front not professional at all. Do not go. Complete waste of time. Felt like a scam.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME - COMPLETE SCAM. I called to confirm my appointment, and when I get there, they can't even get the car to start. The battery of the car is dead, so I can't test drive it. Despite the car being dead and not even being able to test drive, the sales guy starts telling me that the price advertised on the website is no longer the price, and that it will actually be much higher. He starts showing me the 'fine print' on their website, which says the advertised sales price from the website actually expired a month ago. The current price is much higher. Also in the 'fine print' are thousands of dollars of additional fees, including a 'freight' fee, certification fee, dealership fee, and who knows what else. So not only is the actual price of the car much higher than what was listed, they would be adding on a whooping $4,000 in fees. When we asked to speak to a manager and asked why we were not told over the phone that the listed price of the car is no longer available, they blamed it on the fact that it was the salesman's 'second day of work'. I don't beleive that for a second, given that in another review, I see that they used this same excuse on other customers. When we told the manager that it couldn't be legal to advertise false prices and add on so many ridiculous fees, he goes 'well if what we were doing was illegal, we would have lawsuits'. So I look it up, and THERE WAS A LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST THEM IN 2020 FOR FALSE ADVERTISING AND ILLEGAL FEES.

Very satisfied with the excellent service at global auto outlet. I bought a 2017 Chevy Tahoe. It runs great! I got a good deal and they help me with insurance. Cesar, Walter, and the rest of the team did an excellent job and were very transparent thank you global auto I will definitely come back to buy more vehicles for my business!
