Pros: Jaamal!

Pros: Jaamal!!! Jaamal was easy to work and communicate with, and genuinely seemed interested in trying to get my issues corrected. Cons: I wish I read the reviews about Global's pricing before my purchase. I agree that their Dealer Fees are too high. I ended up paying surprisingly more than my vehicle's listed sale price. There have also been several issues with the vehicle, that I have been promised would be corrected. However, a month into the purchase, the agreed upon issues have not been corrected and now there are already new mechanical issues. So I hope others take heed to this review, and steer clear of this dealership, if possible. Unfortunately, I did not do enough research upfront, and may be stuck with long-term hassle.

Foreign language speaking customer purchased a used

Foreign language speaking customer purchased a used Nissan. She tried to cancel the sale when the contract price was increased from $17,000 to $30,000, by going to the dealership in person after 2 days but they refused to cancel the sale. If you do not speak English, DO NOT buy a car from this dealer! They took advantage of this woman, who does not speak ENGLISH.

When I 1st came in they tried to pair me with a rookie.

When I 1st came in they tried to pair me with a rookie. The car I inquired about off their website was a white 2017 GLS that wasn't even on the lot. I gave the rookie Cephas my contact info, 2 different models of cars that I like, and asked him to please notify me if and when the car returns for sale. I called him 3 days later and he said the car was still at the shop. I later sent a request Edmunds and they reached out to tell me the car was in stock and they paired me with Sarah for 6pm appointment to see the vehicle, then an hour later they switched me to Darien, who then tried to reroute me to Cephas which I declined, and requested a senior sales and finally Darien took back over to tell me a different car that I did not inquire about was available. I then gave Darien a picture of the vehicle along with the stock number and didn't here back from him. Mind you I'm still texting the 1st lady that reached out to enquire about who the manager is and she said it was Robert an African American who i thought was just a sales rep and not a manger. I then called the sales number to try to speak to a manager and some young guy answered the phone and he did not sound anything like the actual guy who is the manger I briefly met was a Latino or Indian Guy. Mind most of these interactions occurred today. I still don't know if the actual vehicle that I enquired about when I came in person and when sent an inquire through Edmonds, and I still don't know who the manger is because they don't want me to notify him of the sloppy and poor customer service. I no longer need to know about who the manger is and if the actual car that I enquired about is available. Who the ever the manger is your not a good manager because I don't see it reflected in your staff. I see an unprofessional clown show and I will not spend my money or any more time here.

Long story short, STAY CLEAR.

Long story short, STAY CLEAR. Texted with a “Sarah” let her know the 2 vehicles we were interested in, left work early THAT DAY just to drive over 2 hours to look at these vehicles. Mind you, we had our hopes up to bring the one home with us. Just to get there, salesman is outside smoking weed as we pull up, takes us in, we tell him the ones I was coming for just to be told it sold yesterday and the other one the manger is driving as a personal use and won’t be back until tomorrow morning. He then has the audacity to ask if we wanted to do paperwork that night…WITH NO VEHICLE IN SIGHT. Then had to drive 2 hours back home disappointed. Don’t even waste your time with this place.

I wish if I can give them big zero star.

I wish if I can give them big zero star. I am writing to file a complaint against Global auto outlet in Barnabas rd Templehills Md. regarding deceptive practices and false advertising. My recent experience with them has been highly unsatisfactory, and I believe it is essential to bring this matter to your attention and fellow customers. I visited the Global Auto outlet after seeing a car advertised on their website and all advertisement websites including cars.com for Tesla 2016 with 78000 miles $29,795.00 . However, upon inquiring about the final amount as a cash or finance buyer, I was shocked to learn that the total cost would be approximately $36,000.00. This is a significant difference of $6,205.00 from the advertised price on top of that forcing me to take their financing with a high rate and extend to the maximum 72-month period payment for a used car. The dealership justified this substantial increase by claiming it was for various additional fees, including dealer fees, registration, and reconditioning. While I understand that fees such as dealer fees and taxes are legitimate, it's crucial to note that, in Maryland, fees are capped at $500 for dealer fees. Even factoring in the 6% sales tax and tag and title fees, the total amount should not exceed $32,500.00. The additional $3,500.00 for reconditioning appears excessive and raises concerns about the transparency of their pricing. This discrepancy between the advertised price and the actual cost is a clear case of false advertising and bait-and-switch pricing. It not only wastes customers' time but also undermines trust in the dealership's integrity. I have visited the Global Auto outlet four times, driving an hour each way, only to encounter these misleading practices. I strongly urge Global Auto outlet to reconsider its pricing strategy, be transparent with customers from the beginning, and adhere to industry standards.

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever purchased

This is by far the worst dealership I have ever purchased from. They are all smiles and friendly when you are in the process and then you are no good to them. NO RETURNED CALLS.... They waste your time trying to help them do their jobs. I have a vehicle with expired temp tags and still no answers on what is going on with my tags. The OWNER lied to my face and talked about integrity. This place has 0 integrity. They get your money and then the xxxx with you. Stay away.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! FAR AWAY!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!! AND I MEAN STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!! I went here to purchase a vehicle. Test drove the vehicle spoke with Zay. After the test drive we started the paperwork. Additional paperwork was required (which I provided). I provided part of the paper work the same day of test driving the car. Then provided the remaining of the paper work the following morning. The next morning as I sent the remaining paper work over, I was told about an hour after sending the message, that the car has been sold. The car was sold the same day that I test drove the car. But how is the car sold when you said that you were getting the paperwork started while working with me. Something is fishy about this dealership. If they were working on a deal with me about the car, how did the car get sold. But then I went back online to look at other cars and the same dealership just to find that the same car was listed again but at a higher price. This place is a true scam!!!!!!! Please read the reviews of these Side-Show-Bob dealerships! Now I have to think about what are they going to do with my information.

Bait and Switch Practice

I traveled from New York to this location to purchase one of two SUV's which was on the website. I called the location to confirm the vehicles was still available before getting on the road. During the sales rep Sara continued to text to confirm I was sill in route and that she will notify the sales team. When I arrived the manager stated he had no idea of me coming. The vehicles inquisition was not on the lot and was in acquisition, meaning there was something wrong with them. The manager attempted to look around to see if he can locate a truck I was interested in but could not find one (2020 Yukon Denali xl). He then tried to sell me a different vehicle which I declined and restated the reason I came is because they told me the trucks was available on the lot. The manager wanted me to take a white truck and he can have it wrapped, but it will be charged to me financing the purchase ($300). Is he formal? When I declined that offer, he then wanted me to stay in town for 2-3 day to see if he can locate the vehicle I wanted. That was not happening either. The final offer was for me to go home, he will look for the trunk and once found I was to give a depots over the phone and he will have a worker drive truck to me in New York and then I can complete any paperwork- who will aggie to this, give a deposit for a car I never saw. . I asked the manager why would he have cars on the internet for purchase when they aren't even on the lot, he could not give an answer. This was clearly a tactic of bait and swath.
