Edgar has been great through out the process and never pushed for the sale. He is thorough, knowledgable and detailed about the car. I would definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a non-pressurized car buying experience.

Edgar was very enthusiastic from the start greeting us from outside and took care of us to the very end. Showed us the car, took us on a test drive where we were free to push the limits of the car, and worked with us on the numbers to a point where we couldn’t say no.

Joel went above and beyond what I expected. Best car buying experience that I have ever had. He even set up some of the features in my car and connected my phone. Words cannot describe my experience, as I dealt with what seemed to be some stereotypical 1980s sleazy used car dealership. I figured buying a nice used car from what seemed to be a decent Infinity dealer would be clean and simple, nope. I made an offer on a VW GTI and what I got back was a price $4000 HIGHER! One, the price of the car went up $500 on the website a day later. Strange. They stated due to click activity the price went up. As if I am buying SuperBowl tickets. Second, they added $2000 for ceramic coating and $1500 for some sketchy security system “they have to put on all their cars.” Huh? All of this was packaged as this was an offer another customer proposed. Really? Classic staged consumer veiled interest. I’m not having it. As I backed off the salesman Sias well what if we take off the add-ons? All a lie and scam. Sad. They could have just said no to my offer and we could go through a classic negotiation. As if I am getting pitched rust proofing, undercoating and stain guard. Sad. Pathetic. And lost a potential customer. BTW, the car is still sitting. No wonder. As the market settles, their scams return as they got comfy with easy adjusted pricing over MSRP. Beware.

Finding the right car for my teenager son was a serious journey to me, and I expected a positive experience, and when we landed at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, it was the best experience that I, my wife, and son (and daughter coming along for the "ride") could have imagined. Edgar was extremely genuine, trustworthy, and personable. He went above and beyond to assist our needs. I appreciate knowing that spending any amount of money on a major family purchase is valued and carefully considered, so that the vehicle purchase is never a regret. I really like the relationship that has been built with Edgar and know that I will absolutely go to him 1st in the future.

Robert took excellent care of me making the purchase of my new vehicle so easy. I really hadn’t planned on making a purchase that day but Robert was a very friendly and fair sales person. He was able to find the exact vehicle I was interested in and really worked with me on price explaining everything every step of the way. This is my third purchase from Infiniti Hoffman Estates and would recommend this dealership to anyone. Marcin made the finance process quick and easy too. There was a problem with my initial purchase and the sales manager went out of his way to correct the situation. He presented three alternative avenues and after choosing one I was given positive options which addressed my needs. My experience was positive, patient and fair.
