We had a great experience at the Infiniti in Hoffman Estates and Joel Gappa. We called ahead to set an appointment to see the 3 2020 QX60s that met our buying criteria. Joel had them all out and ready for us when we arrived. He even made and messaged us a short video of the 3 side by side! Once we arrived, he gave us printed information about their history and we test drove. Joel was very patient in our decision making. Once we were set on a QX60, Joel stayed with us while our purchasing papers were being processed. He told us great stories to entertain us while waiting. We were cash buyers, so the end process was pretty painless. We were out the door, happy customers!
