A Long History of Excellence!
Once again I have purchased a new car from Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. This will be my third car and I will continue to do business here. The dealership is truly customer centric throughout the buying experience with conciencus follow up to ensure the customer is happy with all facets of the car and the experience as a whole. For me Joel Gappa is a big part of that as I have purchased all three cars from him and will continue to be his repeat customer. Joel is friendly, genuinely helpful, efficient and a pleasure to work with. He is a great asset to the organization and should be a mentor for the younger generations.

Poor performance
Very disappointed from the minute I arrived at dealership.the salesman thought he had the car sold After waiting approx 45 minutes to get pricing I had the displeasure of my trade keys being thrown at me by a employee of the dealership then only to be insulted with the salesman finally sharing numbers with a lesson on how to sell my trade on my own and the cost the dealership would incur to resale my trade Wow talk about not earning my business I guess this why the auto dealers will never loose the Stigma of being dishonest Very disappointed

One of my best experiences with purchasing a car
From the second I walked into the doors Chad was there to greet me, always friendly, never pushy, just what a person wants when shopping for vehicles. Each sales manager took the time to stop and say Hi and I never felt pressured into anything. A little more attention to detail from prep and inspection could have saved me a day and a second uber ride to the dealership but it all worked out, they made things right and I got a great car!

Great service!
I purchased an Infinity QX30 a couple days ago and Infiniti of Hoffman States was definitely the pace to go! Erik Martines was the salesperson that assisted me with my purchase, not only was he very welcoming and friendly, but in addition very knowledgeable about teaching and explaining to me all the different features and technology that my truck has, he even called the next day to ask if I had any other questions he could assist with in regards to my truck! Great service! When it came to the finance process, Mike was also very attentive and took our budget needs into consideration and was simply a great help!
