Atanas went above and beyond expectations to find me a vehicle. We eventually bought a new Mercedes when he took us across the street to Motorwerks/Mercedes.

I was an out of state buyer. Flew in from TN to purchase a used 2015 Q50S. I can't say everything went exactly as planned. There was some confusion / miscommunication on certification and price. It also took much longer than anticipated. But at the end of the day they gave me a great deal on a great car, even fed me lunch and picked me up at the airport. Erik Martinez went out of his way to take care me.

Just wanted to say that Erik and Malik give no pressure and they work with your needs. Most importantly they respect your budget and help you get the right car. I was happy with the service I received and walked out with a brand new 2017 Infiniti Q50 2.0T with no regrets. I'm glad that I skipped the pressuring and aggressive Infiniti Naperville location. They need to learn how to do business the right way.

The service, knowledge and the follow up from my sales person on finding me the right used vehicle to meet my needs was exceptional. I stopped in over a week ago and looked at a few vehicles, could not find exactly what I was looking for, explained to AP some details of what is was looking for, he called me 2 days later when this FX came in on a trade and told me to come and see, he thought this is exactly what I was looking for. Daniel was super helpful in the decision process, I had gone in to look at the Q50 as an option and he quickly showed how the Q50 is in a class of its own compared to the other cars I had looked at. The overall customer service was great from Daniel and the other employees.

Shopping for and buying a car at Infiniti of Hoffman Estates was a great experience. From the receptionist to the people on the sales floor, to the Sales Manager, Malik, to the finance guy, Amin, everyone we encountered or worked with was fair, straightforward, and friendly. But Atanas is far and away the best car salesman I have ever had the opportunity to work with. In our dealings with him, he was always honest and diligent, and he worked to get us a great price before we even walked into the dealership for the first time. But what absolutely blew me away was when we expressed a concern over how the QX80 would fit in our garage, he instantly offered to drive one over to our house! And, even though our schedule didn't allow him to come by until 8:30pm, he followed through and brought one over! I would absolutely recommend Ininiti of Hoffman Estates in general and Atanas in particular to anyone looking for a new car!
