What a wonderful experience at the Infiniti dealership in Hoffmsn Estates. Joel Gappa and his finance team, Malik and Amin, were extremely patient and professional during our automobile leasing. Every detail was.covered. From what are we looking for to how can we make this happen. Joel took great pride in making sure we were satisfied with color, features, how to use the features, where to go with issues, who to call with issues, etc. We are completely satisfied with our purchase and our treatment as a valued customer.

I went to see Joel at MotorWerks to buy my first car, a 2017 Honda Civic Hatchback. My cousin, another car salesmen, referred me to Joel. Joel was enthusiastic and friendly right off the bat, he was knowledgeable, experienced, and patient with my situation. Joel and his entire team, Ziggy, Kenny, John, and Serge were very personable and really went above and beyond to make my first car-buying experience a good one. I absolutely love my car and will surely be back in the future when I'm ready for a new one! Overall, the staff are good people, the dealership is both beautiful and comfortable, and their lot is enormous!

I was shopping for a vehicle, till I came across (now mine) a 2013 GTI. A friend who was a former employee at Infinity of Hoffman Estates, told me to call Joel. BEST DECISION EVER!! Joel is a very friendly person. He treated me like a relative, I felt very comfortable. Told me about the ups and downs of the car. Never once pressure me to get anything extra. Erik Martinez is an excellent, intelligent salesperson who's interested in getting you what you want to see. Malik (Sales Manager) made aggressive moves to get me a car lease I thought woudl be out-of-budget. Overall, a superior experience leading to my leasing of a really nice, powerful car (Q50 Red Sport).

I was shopping online for a Q60 premium awd after visiting a dealer who still relied on old school high pressure and condescending tactics. Quickly received email and a call from Daniel and Malik, Called and gave me honest dealing and very respectful professionalism, which has been lacking over the years. Being female, I've had many condescending experiences over the years, and this is my 6th new car. Dealers will lose my business permanently and several have over the years. I quickly made a fair deal and Daniel spent a lot of time assuring I knew all the features, and the car was delivered in stellar condition. He also doesn't leave it at that. Daniel leaves the door open to call him anytime to further explain a feature or answer a question, and we all know how complex cars have become. Of all 6 new cars I've purchased, he has done the best overall job from respectful negotiations, assuring all needs are met, explaining the car software, and ongoing followup on questions and resources for the life of your car. He turned a dreaded experience to one that did not detract from the fun of having a hot new car!
