INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

After an online search for a specific used vehicle directed me toward the Inifiniti of Hoffman Estates dealership, I received a call from Daniel Tucker. After providing answers to a few questions regarding the vehicle cost, options, specs., we decided that we were interested in purchasing the SUV (LARGELY a result of the personality and professionalism of Daniel). Having a tight personal schedule, we had an opening two days later and I called Daniel to ask a few final questions. Disappointed to learn that Daniel was on vacation, I called the showroom general number and was connected to another sales rep. (name undisclosed) who was extremely aggressive in his approach and very condescending in general. This turned me off immediately. Fortunately, while on the phone with the unnamed rep. Daniel called me on his vacation day to make sure that I had my questions answered. After being reengaged by Daniel, I made the trip from my home 3-4 hours away to purchase the vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Daniel was prompt, professional, respectful, and attentive to my requests and needs. We not only had a wonderful experience purchasing this car from Daniel, I will contact him (albeit 3-4 hours away) the next time that we need a car and am happy to recommend him to others currently looking.

We needed a third car for our son. We were looking at different brands of cars but deep down all of us wanted to stay with Infinti since we already own 2 other Infinities that we just adore! Naturally,throughout the years of service we have found our service guy Dave Kalasa whom we trust unconditionally so we turned to him for help and he recommended us to meet with Joel Gappa- best advice and best sales consultant ever. Joel is the most knowledgable, patient and caring guy we've ever met! He listened and knew exactly what we wanted! No pressure whatsoever! Joel -true professional yet an ordinary, simple, down to earth and honest guy whom we could relate! We are sooo happy with our purchase ! We must also admit but this purchase would have not been possible without the tremendous efforts of Malik Hussain! This guy is genius with numbers and kept doing the math for us until we finally heard what we wanted and could afford! Will definitely have business with this duo in the future and recommend them to everyone who wants an Infiniti!

I made a terrible mistake! I bought my last Infiniti from a dealer that was not Infiniti of Hoffman Estates and suffered the consequences. Poor service - poor response time - all around bad experience. Since I decided to turn our garage into a two Infiniti garage, I knew where to go. Bought my 3rd Infiniti from the team at Infiniti of HE and is was a great experience even though the first vehicle we looked at and was interested in was sold while we were discussing the pricing. They found me another very similar vehicle that didn't even appear on the stock rolls. We were able to work out a deal with the help of Rick the GM at I of HE.

This is the 2nd car I have leased through Joel. He is a no pressure salesman, who works to get the best deal for his customers. There are no games dealing with Joel and Hoffman Estates Infiniti!! My husband and I appreciate everything that Joel (and Malik: Sales Manager) did for us. We LOVE our new QX60!

Daniel was amazing at attending my requests. Answered all question and assured me of any doubts. Very enthusiastic and polite. Looking forward to working with him in the future. Malik was all a very helpful in the whole process. Overall very pleased with the service.

Daniel is the one you want to talk to! He is knowable and helpful. No push sales. Nice faculty and smiley people too. I would come back.

From the moment we walked in it felt like this is the day. By we I mean my wife and two little rascals, one 5 year old and a 3 year old. Erik greated us outside, told him what we were looking for and we went inside. He got the car ready for a test drive and off we went. Once we got back, there was no going back and forth. Erik introduced us to Chad who did not make us feel pressured to agree to anything. Together we crunched some numbers and we got the deal we wanted. It turned out to be a great Saturday.

Dodie and Malik made the process so smooth in my car buying experience. Both of them knew a lot about makes and models of Infiniti and the functions of QX60 and other cars that helped me make my decision process smooth. They made me feel like I got the best value for the car and the deal. The follow through post sales and the responsiveness was impeccable. Overall a great experience.
