It was for an oil change and had a tire sensor that was bad. Everything was done as expected but was really pleased that the windows inside were washed. How nice.

Carlo was professional and pointed out some important maintenance issues that should not have been the case since the vehicle i purchased was an Infiniti Certified pre-driven vehicle.

Joel Gappa was the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with in the car business he was honest and knowledgeable guy and helped me find the car of my dreams and made it happen for me if it was for Mr. Gappa i wouldn’t be enjoying my beautiful and fun driving q50 res aport 400. I had called in to do an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and to have the rear windshield washer serviced. The service manager (Sebastien) was great. Had my info, got a loaner right away and I was off. When I got back after the service they brought the car in and showed me how to use the headphones (I had issues with them). Overall a agreat experience.

They worked hard to meet my needs and get me the best deal, all while being honest & down to earth. So far, I've utilized the dealership for purchasing my vehicle & service. Carlo Alvar in the service department was quick with my accommodations. I was there for my Zurich Shield application & window tinting. The service department was ready for me when I pulled in. I was put into a loaner car so that I could go about my day without any hiccups. Dropping off and picking up my car was incredibly easy & scheduling was incredibly flexible. Top notch experience!
