Staff was helpful and easy to deal with.

Duke Raven was extremely helpful, friendly, easy to deal with, always very thorough, persistent and quick to return calls or answer questions concerning the vehicle.

Leaking Jeep

We had to return to have the jeep repaired after spending $980+ 2 weeks earlier. After the second attempt it was finally repaired. I felt this was very expensive and should have been correct the first time especially.

Recall service

Immediately when I drove up Dawn met me with a smiling face and checked me in. She gave me a to.me frame and when I called back to check on the status, my truck was ready. While checking out I had a question about the recall. Dawn and Tim immediately answered all my questions thoroughly with professionalism. I will be a returning Salsburry customer. Thanks team!

Install brake controller

All correspondence was handled pre install by text message. Thomas made the process very simple. I was notified how much the install would cost and my vehicle was delivered on time.

You guys need a better system

I spent entirely too much money for my vehicle to still have to same issue. I had to come twice and pay for 2 different things to be done, only to be told I would need to bring it a third time and pay more money to have the initial issue fixed. You guys have a machine for a reason. You charge fees to put the vehicles on the machine to figure out what is wrong. What if I had not let you guys service it and I would’ve taken it somewhere else to get fixed? Based on your readings, the actual issue was not detected and my car would still not be fixed. When paying for a service, especially the amount being paid, you expect it to be fixed. I was told the issue was not detect and had to be manually found. Why wasn’t it manually checked in the beginning? How do I know that after the third time, that that is really the issue? Almost $1000 being paid is ridiculous and for nothing. So disappointed in this service. My car is still driving the exact same before the $1000 smh.

WONDERFUL SERVICE!

I had a fantastic experience purchasing my new Jeep Renegade, including a great trade-in for my Hyundai Veloster! My salesman Lucien went above and beyond in helping me by giving me a ton of different options and never made me feel pressured into doing anything. He was also very knowledgeable in the vehicles I was interested in and took me seriously; I wasn't turned away at the door like I was at another local dealership! The entire staff were courteous, friendly, and super helpful. I would absolutely recommend Lucien and Salsbury's to anyone looking for a new car!

Great experience buying our new Jeep! This was our second purchase from Salsbury and won’t be our last. The process was easy, everyone was very helpful. Duke was great!

Great Service and texting feature is cool!

Purchase - 2019 Jeep Cherokee THawk

Jarrad provided an excellent sales environment. Low key, not pushy, had a sense of humor, and respected our time. We we able to leave with no commitment and enough information to discuss in the privacy of our own home. Final sale from arrival to out the door was less than two hours. We did not want any extra warranties and made that known. Absolutely no pressure or sales pitches otherwise.
