Brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in because of a recall, and my U-Connect went out. I really like that I can drop my vehicle off the night before. It was serviced quickly. Roger always does a good job of communicating repairs and costs.

Fast & Easy
Received a recall on my 2018 Pacifica. Called for an appointment date. Fast and easy in and out. Salisbury's staff was excellent. Short wait!

I was on time but the work done did not please me.
I had to visit the Service center twice for the same reason and was told that a different part was changed each time and was charge the $100.00 deductible each time. I informed the technician what was wrong the first time I came and it was the same symptom the second time I came.

Amazing

Terrible
Jeep has 36k miles. Y’all said my tires were bad that y’all could order new ones. All 4 tires has little chunks of rubber pealing, never did anyone mention that maybe I should contact Goodyear or dealership could help. All we got was we could order new tires . Terrible , not coming back..,,,

Couldn’t ask for anything more
After an unpleasant experience at another dealer it was a relief to come in and meet Duke. He knew every single detail about my Ram 2500 and clearly does his homework on all the different vechicles. It makes a big difference to the buyer.

Best experience ever
