Worth the drive
I needed an a/c repair, tune up, and some recall work on 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I either spoke to or texted Roger about the work and he kept me updated. I live about an hour away but will use salsbury again if needed.

Excellent Customer Service and Beautiful Facility
Warmly greeted at service center. In and out for oil change AND tire rotation in less than an hour. Enjoyed the coffee and the comfortable waiting area. Driving my 4th Jeep and this experience makes me want to purchase a 5th. Thanks Salsburys!

Wiring problem
Wanted over 500 for diagnosis i got home and cut back tape 3 wires in bundel damaged paid for 1 hour for? Woried bill might be to pay for the new building

As agreed
Dropped my Jeep off on the way out of town to have it diagnosed for a misfire. The service advisor Roger communicated what was needed and how much it would cost in a timely manner. The work was complete when I returned, which made servicing the problem simplified. My last vehicle was a luxury brand, so I am used to having a loaner car with each service appointment, and the car washed and vacuumed when I pick it up, but this comes close from a service experience. They did what they said they would, and had it ready on time at the agreed upon price.

Very Fast Service
My truck needed several recalls done and the dealership was able to get me an appointment within a day then all of the work was completed before lunch the day if the appointment. The amount of work required was substantial (including a new water pump) and the total time I was without the truck was under 6 hours. Great job.

NEW TRUCK INSPECTION STICKER
I only went to the service department to get an inspection sticker for my brand new truck. I purchased the truck on a Saturday afternoon after the service department had left for the day. Then we had several days of rain to contend with so I finally got the time to bring the truck back for inspection sticker.
