Service team went WAY out of their way to make sure my issue was handled well! It was a tough one, but they really came through, especially Braeden Litchfield. I will always take my '21 Wrangler back for service, even oil changes. They are amazing!

Didn’t properly rotate my tires and they don’t stock
Didn’t properly rotate my tires and they don’t stock simple parts in the service department and wanted me to come back the next week when the valve stem came in. Went to Firestone that day and got it replaced.

Bad communication. They will not call back or answer text. I had to go stand in their service center to get answers.

Overall an acceptable experience for a car dealership.
Overall an acceptable experience for a car dealership. Too pushy on warranties, took too long for them to listen to me when I said I wasn't paying for random extra crap. But, we made a good deal all the way around. Sales guy Gueyo was solid. Also, it was supposed to be a 3 day delay while they ordered a replacement for a non-functioning tail light. Turned into an 8 day delay. But, they made up for it with a few free tanks of gas and an extra detail. So, they understand how to make things right. Will visit Covert again next time I'm looking for a car or truck. Helps that they are just 5 minutes from home!
