Beware of Excel auto lounge in West Windsor.

Beware of Excel auto lounge in West Windsor. I would give them a minus star. I was promised my broken car that I brought would get fixed. Here it is two weeks no broken car no text no emails and no call about my broken car. THIS PLACE IS A BIG SCAM PLACE. The web site price is never the real price. The make you buy this warranty package but never show you the paperwork They add the numbers after you sign the papers. DAVID AND RYAN ARE THE WORST Human BEINGS ON THIS EARTH. NEVER NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Karma for sure. Sherry

THE WORST EVER.

THE WORST EVER. Please please please stay away. The price on the web site is not what you get it for. Go in for what you think is a 10 k car take a ride in it and it shakes like bacon. But David really scammed us. In the end it was 18k of a warranty package that I never asked for. The give you a paper and they tell you to initial it and add the numbers later. They take. Picture of your credit/debt card so beware. Try to call that arrogant Ryan who sits in his chair acting like he is better than us. TRULY THE WORST CAR DEALER. THEY ARE ALL IN THE SCAMMING BUSINESS. They never answer the phone. They hang up on you they are rude and disrespectful. DAVID AND RUAN THE WORST CREATURES WALKING ON THIS EARTH VERY PISSED OFF SHERRY

If I could give a negative review, I would.

If I could give a negative review, I would. These people are SCAM ARTISTS! I would never intentionally give anybody a bad rating but this exceeds the amount of negative that I can even express to you! To start- We worked with a salesman named David. (I had called the prior week to make an appointment to go see the car, they said they would have it ready for me, when we got there we walked to the back of the lot where we noticed the tires were completely bare, and then we see 4 lug nuts missing. We tried to start the car, it was dead and had to be jumped. Then took it for a test ride and realized they had put the mileage below 100,000 on the site, yet it was over 100,000 on the odometer. Also, the car shook so much we couldn’t take it but around the corner and back to excel auto. I was then asked by David, if I wanted a different car and was asked if they took the lug nuts and tires off a similar vehicle would I take it that day? I said no, in which he told me, Okay we’ll cover the new tires on us. Everything sounded okay before we left, until we found out the $10,890 car we thought we were charged, was actually $18,600 (with a mandatory $4,000 down). We were also told if we paid by cash it would be $4,000 extra. David seemed like a really nice guy, but so does every other scam artist until you fall for their scam. I signed papers, but they never, ever, said the full amount until you get home an hour later, check the papers, they’re closed, and now you’re freaking out trying to get ahold of them-and they ignore your calls. I texted David who blamed Ryan (his manager) who then blamed David. So we contacted and waited for Ryan for some resolve. He walked right past us many times and didn’t even acknowledge us for an entire hour and the place was dead. I would NEVER pay $18,000+ for a used vehicle, when I can pay that for a brand new vehicle? David showed us a diagram (that’s how they try to break down the “Pak package”) which is $6,560 extra. David said it was included. They also never discussed all the other extra fees like powertrain for $1,795 or gap insurance for $1,000. When they pass you along to RYAN- in the finance department, make sure you’re aware what he is having you sign! Not one word came out of his mouth about the “add-ons”. These “packages” are supposed to be “optional by the buyer” and he never asked, just assumed we wanted it. When you get hit with double what you intended to pay, you’ll feel scammed to! Be VERY careful and please don’t make the same mistake we did! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Total waste of time and scam!

Total waste of time and scam! I called them early in the morning and was told that I would be able to buy the car with cash and would not get charged with any fees. Once I arrived to test drive the vehicle I was told by David the salesman that there was another person there to test drive the vehicle right after my test dive. During the test drive I told David I liked the vehicle and would like to give a $1000 deposit to hold the car and would be back the next day with cashier’s check for the balance. While waiting for the second potential customer to complete the test drive the salesman tried then they try to sell me a $3,600 package for car maintenance things that over a year wouldn't cost you more than $1,000 total. They charge you a $900 documentation fee. When it takes their employee 20 minutes tops to do the paperwork so they're just soaking money out of you for that doc fee. So, what was an advertised $9,000 vehicle they wouldn't sell for less than $15,000 in cash. Talk about bait and switch. Stay away from this place. Check out all the 1star reviews!
