If it’s been a while and you really want to get screwed, go to Excel Auto Lounge for your next car. They’ll really screw you over. Even better is how they won’t return your call when the SUV you buy from them breaks down a week later regardless of the maintenance package they make you buy with it.

The price they have in their ad over their own website is

The price they have in their ad over their own website is not real. When going to see the car you cal expect almost 50% more. But they won't really tell you the real price, instead using the good (or bad) old four square car sales technique. When the salesperson came to me with this paper I gave an excuse and left to never come back. They will make you think you are getting an awesome deal but you will never know how much you are paying for the car. I tried to ask how much it would be the cash price but they were not willing to tell me, trying to move my attention to monthly payments. Shady at least. Take your business to a better reputable dealer.

Amazing, very personable and reliable.

Amazing, very personable and reliable. He maintains excellent communication. I’d recommend him to anyone and will continue to keep in contact. Truly cares about his customers, their values, and needs. Thank you and I believe he will do so much more in life!

READ the fine prints. Also, all listed prices are for finance only. its an upcharge for cash deals and you have to add about $4k to the price listed related to dealer fees, doc fees, transport fees, admin fees please standard tax & dmv fees. Total waste of time.

They ripped me off!

They ripped me off! I put up more than half of the money for the car and needed to finance 5000. I have to pay 18,000 to pay off the 5000. They try to scam you and push you out the door

Quick and easy, in and out. Gas in the car everything was printed for me quick and easy process amazing help from my friend David.

Visited this past weekend met a very nice salesperson she

Visited this past weekend met a very nice salesperson she took the time to sit with me and go over a few different options even though I was extremely anxious my credit is very good and I had terms for me buying she tried her best we couldn’t come to something that made sense for me . I didn’t want to see any other cars but she did offer overall very pleasant I forgot to mention that for some reason the managers wanted to hold My drivers license to prove I was serious about buying that day or so they say . I think they kept it to force me to have to talk to them at the end of the pit ch . I just wanted to leave I have some social awkwardness and anxiety so this process was already stressing me out . They kept calling me over to go talk I walked over and started talking to a nice guy sitting down explaining why they couldn’t get me approved . The downfall some guy who o can only assume was the general manager he put his hand out to shake my hand and I said I don’t shake hands but said hello. He didn’t want to listen to me or didn’t hear me he asked you don’t want to shake my hand I said no thank you sorry before I could finish he said my mom must have raised different , that put a pause in the conversation I asked are you referring to the way my mother raised me , he said no it’s about mine and her raising me with politeness . I spooked around surprised asked for My DL and left . That guy is what all used car salesmen are portrayed as and why people hate buying cars . Amy was phenomenal that should have left my experience end with her I definitely would have been back with a co-signer.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car.

Worst experience I've ever had buying a car...I don't recommend it. At first they treat you very well... I liked a car but it had some problems. They told me that if I was interested, there were no problems and that they would repair everything... Since then it has been an ordeal. I have taken it like 4 times, supposedly to repair the problems, they keep the vehicle for a week and say it is already repaired and when I get home they continue to have the same problem... they are very irresponsible, they make many promises and then they do not keep them.

This dealership should be reported for its shady

This dealership should be reported for its shady practice. They advertise the cars, and one price then change the price once you get there, I will never buy a car in this place. Please be careful and don't ever pay more for a vehicle than advertised. I am looking to report this dealership
