THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DELT WITH!

THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DELT WITH! Buyers BEWARE! It took a total open business time of 11 hours to get a salesperson to get on the phone, that is after being transferred around and around to nowhere and getting wrong information on any question I had any time I was able to speak to someone. I read multiple reviews about “David” who is the “sales manager” about how great he was and a pleasure to deal with. When I finally got him on the phone, I was very relieved… feeling like I would finally be able to get somewhere and make a purchase on a specific vehicle I was looking for that they had. These reviews couldn’t be more inaccurate, he was very rude on the phone and didn’t have any care to any of the issues I had encountered while trying to reach him or any other sales person. And ultimately told me that the dealership doesn’t do business out of state, which looking at the recent reviews on google and also every person I talked to while trying to reach him did not say anything about that. I was told by 3 different people that they had to transfer me to someone specific to handle an out of state purchase. It’s all lies and I would say worse than your typical shnyzer used car lot. If you are reading this far, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I wouldn’t even trust these people with my personal information let alone buying a vehicle from them.

Excellent choice of cars, all in perfect condition. The paperwork was quick and hassle-free. I like that the consultants are very competent in their field, otherwise it is very difficult to remember so much information)) Well done!

From the first minute I realized that I was in the right

From the first minute I realized that I was in the right place. The consultants are open, helped me understand the options and finances. The cars are in perfect condition, everything is honest and without embellishment. I will definitely recommend Excel Auto Lounge to my friends!

The car was held until my arrival, and in real life it looked much better than I saw in the photos on the website. The price was exactly the same as on the website. I liked everything. The buying process was convenient and pleasant.

Went to see a Vehicle, the price online and the final

Went to see a Vehicle, the price online and the final price was 6k difference. Plus the vehicle had minor damage and paint was fading, the sales rep was great. But it was just a let down when they try to sell a vehicle with a rebuilt title, and flood damage. Car smelled musty, who knows where black mold could been. For 17k I had to just pass on. Nothing bad on the people that work there. But just a huge let down.

Professional attitude and comfortable service are

Professional attitude and comfortable service are something that you can feel right away. The car was clean, prepared, like new. The documents were processed promptly. The staff is friendly, works clearly. The salon left a very good impression!

The manager patiently answered all my questions, didn't

The manager patiently answered all my questions, didn't pressure me, and helped me choose the exact car I wanted. I bought a BMW here - everything was transparent, no hidden fees. Very pleasant experience with the purchase. I will also buy my next car here. Service 5 out of 5, they really care about the customer!
