Bad sales rep and scamming people into buying cars that are not perfect. Do not trust what you see online or on the phone from them

Total scam artists, advertised pricing is thousands less

Total scam artists, advertised pricing is thousands less than real price. Lying scammers, avoid at all costs. Sent recorded video of them lying to NJ Commerce Dept.

Mr Richards, We appreciate all reviews, good and bad. We apologize that you did not have the best experience possible, but lying is not appreciated. The advertised price is absolutely the price that the car is sold for, we offer aftermarket products for our vehicles that you did not accept to purchase. We have the right to refuse sale to anyone and did nothing to scam anyone, especially since we couldn't have scammed you since you never actually bought anything. It is also possible to face civil legal charges when recording or videoing without consent. In New Jersey, this is considered a violation of the Invasion of Privacy Act. The websites offer an attractive price of -20%, which the sellers confirm to you, that there is no hidden price and that the vehicle is in perfect condition. arrived at the dealership, sometimes coming from lokn the car was not ready, dirty belongings, smell of cigarettes, garbage bag and damaged vehicle. When you decide to pay the boss explain to you that the price increase of 20% for fees and warranty bumper to bumper that you do not care. For the boss he decide alone , he is above his employees and god !

So this Ron guy was “wanting to get us out faster” since

So this Ron guy was “wanting to get us out faster” since we were already their at excel for 4+hours he had a lot of paper work and instead of explaining he said he will be sending us home with copies, well what Excel did was up charged me $4,000 on my 10,000 car ! BUYER beware DO NOT trust these guys ! Now they won’t respond to emails or phone calls either ! Such xx !

Ron R. And this dealership is a complete con and rip off. They distracted me with contacting insurance while quickly pushing the papers in front of my wife. Charged a $3995 additional addons fee to a used vehicle that had no additional add ons. They also sold us an extended warranty with no proper proof for $3800. These people need to be out of business and maybe in jail for fraud. I will be pursuing legal action. Stay away!

STAY AWAY!!!

Worst experience ever!! Bait and switch low price to get you in the door, then tack on another $4K in unnecessary maintenance fees and another $4K from “owner” who said vehicle was under priced as listed. Lowball list price means nothing and is a total scam to get you in the door, then inflate price by $9K. Complete waste of 3 hours.

Don’t waist your time

Only go there if you want to waist your time. The price advertised is not the one you will get at the time of purchasing the car. In my case the sales man added 6000 more to the price of the car bringing the price up from 7990 to 12990. Even before going there and testing the car I asked about 4 times if there is any dealer fees. I do understand that the salesman or dealership may want to do some profit and sell you some items or warranties that you don’t need it but playing like that with people is a dishonest way of doing business.

Best service in town

I bought my car at Excel Auto Lounge. Smooth and friendly experience with David. Yes they do charge an amount on top of the price but it's not different than any other dealer "fees" at least here I'm getting protection protection for my car, something that no other dealer does!

Worse car buying experience ever

There are so many hidden fees it’s outrageous. The price looks good online but then when you get there they add these extra fees that are already built into the car as if they did the work themselves. They also don’t return phone calls.
