Don't buy a car from here

I called about a suv they have I tried to get some info about it over the phone. The guy didn't answer any of my questions just kept telling me to come see,and test drive the truck. I told him I live over an hour away, and wanted more info on the truck. He told me the truck was in great shape. So I go see the truck, and the sales guy tells me I can't test drive the truck or even start it. He said it was broken, and they were waiting for parts, but they have other trucks he could show me. I was pissed because the guy could have told me on the phone that the truck was broke. Wasted my time and gas and toll.

Price NOT as advertised

Went to purchase a vehicle here and not once was there any mention of “additional fees” totaling over $4000! Not nice since I traveled very far twice only to be told on the second visit once the vehicle arrived that it wasn’t the price listed online. I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming back had I known. Claimed to be under new ownership since the negative posted google reviews, however the bad business practices remain in place here maybe even worse. They were unwilling to remove the additional fees claiming they are “already loaded onto the VIN” and I should take the car because it’s still priced below value. That’s not the point sir…..goodbye!

Don’t buy a vehicle from them

They force you into buying a service package for and additional 2-3k plus they will not sell you a car without it. They have failed to get my registration and plates it’s been a month still nothing and my temporary plate is now expired. When I call they tell me someone will call me back and no one does and I’ve sent several emails and get no response

Total scam and do not waste your time. The sales team and service department do not return phone calls and when you do get a hold of someone by phone they leave you on hold until you hang up.

Very bad attitude towards customers.

Called, agreed that I would come and see the car. They said the car is available, you can come and see. When I arrived they said there was no car, it would be in a week. They don't respect other people's time. Very bad attitude towards customers.

They refused to sell the vehicle at the advertised price

They refused to sell the vehicle at the advertised price on the internet. Even though it was even a full priced offer and the corresponding document fee of $695.
