Napleton Ford Columbus

I purchased four tires from them, the quality of the tires was great. However staff seemed to be a bit taxed if you will, not real friendly. Any place I have ever purchased four tires the shop would give you a free tire rotation at every other oil change. Just moved to the area and I was looking find a place to service my vehicles. ;

Amazing, Helping, and Friendly. I definitely will go back if Derek is there. My may didn't start out will... and we had someone hit our car. We tried a few other places to get vehicle but nothing panned out. We try countryside ford with Derek. 3 Trips later between all the we (banks) need this and we need that, and running out of time before we had other places to be. WE FINALLY GET A FORD FLEX. Thank you for putting up with all the craziness and helping my family get in a new vehicle that will help us cart our 6 kids around. Only down fall was it not being a 8 passenger but we can make do and settle for the 7. Thanks again the Rosek Family.

Not helpful buy cars from out of country so warranty doesn't carry over to the US.

Have always gone to Countryside ford and been satisfied with their service.Untill they give me a reason not to I will use there services.

It took a little longer than usual to get my Ford completed. I guess they had a manpower shortage. Good job as usual.
