Great experience! Kyle, Leland and the Countryside Ford...

Great experience! Kyle, Leland and the Countryside Ford Service Team were very friendly and communicated to us well with the diagnosis, quote and time frame to get repairs done to fix our air conditioning on our older Mustang. We will go back for all our service needs and highly recommend Countryside Ford!

Our oil change and tire rotation was handled well....

Our oil change and tire rotation was handled well. However, after finding a screw in the sidewall of one tire, we ended up purchasing four new tires. The alignment machine wasn't working and we were promised apologetically that we would be notified when the apparatus was fixed and we would have to return to have the alignment done. After not hearing for a week, we scheduled the alignment with another dealership and it was completed. As of today, 2 weeks later, we still have not received a call about getting the alignment done!

Good service. Ellen Ballweg was friendly and knowledgeable. The only one I recognize is Brent Krause, everyone else is gone. Don't like it as much.

The entire crew there is top notch. 2 dealerships did not want to look into my truck warrantee problem. They diagnosed it within 2 hours. They are worth your time.

With Covid going on I wish office staff would wear masks....

With Covid going on I wish office staff would wear masks. The waiting room, office and sales area are all one big room. Staff did try to stay more than six feet away, but wearing masks is recommended by the CDC. Service desk staff did have masks which was nice to see. Erin is always good to work with.

Brent Krause was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us in the new lease plan. Have purchased all of our vehicles and Brent has been outstanding. Was unimpressed with James (Sales Manager)

I bought a 2016 Ford F150 from them everything was going...

I bought a 2016 Ford F150 from them everything was going great. I get home after the purchase and notice the keys they supplied me with did contain a key to nothing...... I assumed it went to the bed links but it did not. I reached out to the salesman and he said he would look into it. He replied stating I can purchase the key from them or off ebay for $20-30. He stated its a used truck as is....... I get that...... as is but I should have all the keys.. How is it right that they sell me a truck that I spent 40grand on and they won't even supply me with all the proper keys. Thats penny pinching and I would not recommend coming to this dealership if you want to get a "complete" package. and yes I understand its $30.00 but thats the point. if its 30 to me its like 5 to them. just to make a customer happy. well I'm not.
