Beginning to end, best car buying experience I’ve ever had. John Blake was fair and responsive, and took the time to work with me on a deal to fit my needs. The process was efficient and informative, and I left feeling very satisfied, knowing that I will be taken care of should any issues arise. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Absolutely A experience!!

Great guys at Naperville Cadillac ! This was my second new car purchase from them ! Bobby was the best and made me feel like I was getting the best deal available! Mark was great also ! Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first...
Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. But my salesman didn't want to be bothered before month end to discuss. They mad a minimal attempt to rectify the situation but they didn't follow through. I will live with my decision but I will never service either vehicle with them. Why should I trust them if they won't attempt to rectify a problem from a customer who just bought 2 cars from them? Very disappointed in the whole situation. At the end of the day they lost a lifelong customer.

Terrible Customer Relations
Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30.
