Exceptional service!

Very professional and friendly service team. They are quick to follow up when service is scheduled and respond promptly when a call is made to their dealership. Christopher was exceptional to work with.

I can’t thank Naperville Cadillac, Thomas Mack and Vic Milnovic enough for going above and beyond to make things easier for me and husband who is ill. They were able to provide a loaner while my car was being fixed which made it possible to get my husband to doctors appointments. Thank you!!!!

They went the extra mile ..

The service was off the charts, Marc and Bobby were great. Marc went the extra mile in explaining the features of the Escalade . Very Happy

My car was taking in immediately as my service representative kept me up to date with updates on my vehicle. My car was washed and returned looking amazing. Love Cadillac of Naperville.

Wow, what a great dealership!

Everyone went above and beyond to make every part of our experience the best it could be. Mark and Aaron were so helpful! Mark made his office into a play land for my little guy and kept him well stocked on snacks as well! They went above and beyond on getting what we needed on our trade and getting us into a beautiful Escalade. I can’t say enough about how well they treated us! Seriously will never go anywhere else after this experience!

AWFUL customer service.

I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the proper paperwork needed, and waiting patiently for over a month...I never received the plates. Upon calling, we were told my paperwork was lost, something that NOBODY made an effort to call me and inform me about. I then drove the paperwork up there myself and gave it directly to Bobby. It is now July and I have yet to receive my plates, and I have gotten ZERO response when I call to speak to someone or leave a message. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service.
