Pointed out conditions to be wary of in the near future. Apparently their service team has been selected to a greater level. A lot more transparency.

The service department do excellent service the technician do excellent service on my Cadillac2017xt5 and the service representative,Thomas take time explaining what going suv.

I had a wonderful experience at Cadillac Of Naperville. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Although, my vehicle needed service during the crisis of this Pandemic COVID-19 and they didn’t have a lot of staff working, they made me a Priority. Thomas Mack from the Service Department is AMAZING. He’s very professional and his customer service skills are exceptional. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers. I highly recommend Cadillac of Naperville to anyone who already owns a Cadillac and their vehicle might need service or to anyone who may be looking to purchase a vehicle. They are amazing! Great service and loaner provided So far repair seems to be working with no Problems Vehicle was washed before returned as well. Will use the service Dept again in the future
