Never had an issue with any Matthews previously, but I

Never had an issue with any Matthews previously, but I would not bring my car here again. Their carelessness cost me needing to replace two fairly new tires over two trips, several hours of aggravation, and $450.

Adam Barnes, assisted by Devin and others at Matthews Mitsubishi, made our recent purchase at Matthews a very positive experience. Frankly, I knew exactly what I was looking for when I first called Matthews and they had just the right vehicle--except for the color I was originally hoping for. With a refundable deposit from me, Matthews held the vehicle they had in stock for a week, making it possible for me to check out other dealers who might have had the "exact match" of the vehicle I was seeking. In fact, I located the same model I was looking for in the color I preferred at a dealer in southern Pennsylvania. However, after much thought, I decided to go with a local dealer (Matthews) and, so far, I do not regret the decision--and I am more than satisfied with the color I ended up with as well. Thanks to all who made this sale possible! I have purchased forty used cars over the years (no, I'm not a dealer; they were all for personal use!), but this was my first purchase ever of a new car. I'm hoping to make this car last for many years--and counting on Matthews to help make that possible. Thanks again.

The sales person I dealt with did a lot to get me

The sales person I dealt with did a lot to get me approved however once I got the car home and looked it over closely I feel they should have knocked odd a little bit of money simply because of all of the dents and missing paint I found on the outside of the car. In addition, the car didn’t come with a spare tire or a jack.
