Ok to go to. Never seem to call to tell you your car is done. Only your service advisor can seem to answer questions about your vehicle. Nobody else can seem to answer anything

Went in for oil change and to have my battery assessed.

Went in for oil change and to have my battery assessed. Very relieved to have all of my car features back after the battery change!! I would just wait until the car is assessed before giving the customer input on what might not be wrong after concerns are brought up. I trust everyone on the Service Team is very knowledgeable as they have always ultimately solved any of my car problems but it takes away credibility before the service takes place. Following the assessments on my battery communication was great and my car is working perfectly again!

People were courteous, place was clean and had water etc. for customers while waiting, even though this was a warranty situation the service person Korey kept us well informed during the process.It was the best response and friendly service we had really gotten from a person there during a service.
