I came from out of state and he worked with me over the phone to make the deal happen! He explained everything and had everything ready when I arrived. I was out of there with a new to me car in an hour which is incredible and amazing. He even stayed late after the dealership closed to familiarize me with the car. Hands down the best ever. Overall great experience. Hernan was down to earth and easy to work with. I feel we got a fair deal on our CPO 2024 S5 and we absolutely love the car. Finance group was also great and they even came back to me with a better rate they found. The only thing that was less than stellar was the add on ceramic coating protection. It was spotty/smeary and poorly applied and missing in many areas.

All of them were solid, quality vehicles. The Audi Q7 became our first choice.
