I have lost count of the cars I've purchased from Hernan. He always makes it such an easy, enjoyable and seamless process. In addition he is always available for a call or a text and responds quickly. And the care he gives goes beyond the car buying experience. I've had issues in the past where I needed a last minute service appointment and a rental car and within an hour of the request I was leaving the dealership in my loaner. He has really spoiled me and always treats me like a VIP. I have never met a salesperson who can hold a candle to the dedication to detail and customer service Hernan provides. I will only buy cars from him!

I had the pleasure of working with Hernan on the sales side. He was very easy to work with and got me through the process easily and quickly. I came from out of state and he worked with me over the phone to make the deal happen! He explained everything and had everything ready when I arrived. I was out of there with a new to me car in an hour which is incredible and amazing. He even stayed late after the dealership closed to familiarize me with the car. Hands down the best ever. Overall great experience. Hernan was down to earth and easy to work with. I feel we got a fair deal on our CPO 2024 S5 and we absolutely love the car. Finance group was also great and they even came back to me with a better rate they found. The only thing that was less than stellar was the add on ceramic coating protection. It was spotty/smeary and poorly applied and missing in many areas.
