En el area de reparaciones me atendio un señor llamado...

En el area de reparaciones me atendio un señor llamado Rafael pague el arreglo cash casi 7 mil compre todas las piezas nuevas y los sensores tambien ahora mi carro marca que los sensores estan sucio lo llamo y le pregunto como es posible si son nuevos el señor rafael me quiere conrar por recetiar el carro despues que yo hice mi pago correspondiente muy decepcionada pork es primera vez que escucho que después que pago por un arreglo tengo que pagar por algo no es mi culpa que marque ese herror soy clienta de años y muy mal trabajo

Very Poor customer Service.

Very Poor customer Service. After this Dealership neglected and damaged my van during the time when my Sprinter van was there for some scheduled repairs covered by the MB warranty. Now they are all refusing to fix the damage by claiming that it is not their fault. I spoke to both managers of the Miami Mercedes Benz and one of them just said that all they do over there is paper pushing and nothing else could be done for me in the situation.((((( WHAT????)))) I would not expect anyone to say that to me about their job. Especially if you work in the management for Mercedes-Benz. What really happened is THAT they just too afraid to admit that they messed up my interior and it is beyond cleaning and NOW will need to be replaced at additional costs. But Hey if you mess it up - You have to fix it. It is just the rule for all people with dignity. I am still waiting for them to call me back with the solution... to be continued.

Quick update I called dealership 3 times by now. GM never called me back. Yes I left my name and number. I was told that They will call back. Nothing yet. I guess they just want to look good here but in reality it’s all the same bad customer service

Traje mi carro para arreglar un desperfecto que tenía de fábrica y me lo acaban de entregar roto y bien sucio y así me dicen que mi carro estaba así mi carro no estaba roto me rompieron un cintillo porque al arreglar lo que iban arreglar del techo se apoyaron en el cintillo y me lo rompieron completamente😡😡😡😡😡😡
